Do my customers need to install anything?

Never. They get a WhatsApp link that opens in any phone browser. Same experience as a Grab tracking page.

What if my tech loses signal on the road?

Photos and signatures are captured locally and sync automatically when the connection comes back.

Can it talk to my existing CRM or accounting?

Yes. FaiServe is built on Odoo. CRM, invoicing and projects come included; everything else has a JSON REST API.
